The Checkline Radius Arms are designed for calibration and verification of torque measuring equipment.

The radius arms are available in 2 versions:
– High Accuracy Arms are for use with +/-0.25% tolerance transducers
– Standard Accuracy Arms are for use with +/-0.5% tolerance transducers.

High Accuracy version: 0.025% Accuracy

• High Accuracy Calibration Arm 0.1 meter radius 11 N-m Max
• High Accuracy Calibration Arm 0.25 meter radius 340 N-m Max
• High Accuracy Calibration Arm 0.5 meter radius 750 N-m Max
• High Accuracy Calibration Arm 1.0 meter radius 1500 N-m Max

Standard version: 0.625% Accuracy

• Calibration Arm 0.1 meter radius 11 N-m Max
• Calibration Arm 0.25 meter radius 340 N-m Max
• Calibration Arm 0.5 meter radius 750 N-m Max
• Calibration Arm 1.0 meter radius 1500 N-m Max

These radius arms are used by Metrology Labs and Quality Control (QC) Departments  to test and adjust torque torque transducers and sensors.

We offer a range of arms from 10 to 100 cm in length to calibrate equipment up to 1500 N-m.

The Checkline Radius Arms include single weight pans.
Standard operating procedure is to install the arm, attach the weight pan then zero out the weight pan. The  calibration arms also include a wire with a loop on each side so you can supply your own certified hanger with slotted weights.
